Everyone who knows me, knows of my love for low-fi photography and simple drawings. So it was exciting to learn about A Pencil and a Lens. Work by Ty Williams and Rob Kulisek: photography, illustrations, comments. Two young talents release a book/zine of their recent work. inspiring, enlightening, comedic, voluptuous, aquatic, creative, and colorful (in literary terms - it's actually black and white). Both artists live in new york, new jersey, maine, kamakura, tokyo, montauk, and wherever else they find themselves each month. All copys are signed with hand-written drawings/comments by the artists.
